How is a message billed if it splits into segments?+
A plain GSM-7 message is one segment up to 160 characters, then splits into 153-character segments. A message with emoji or non-Latin characters switches to Unicode encoding — one segment up to 70 characters, then 67-character segments. Each segment is billed at the flat per-segment rate; the send form shows the segment count before you send.
What SMS networks do you support?+
Messages are routed through Beem and NextSMS, the network connectors configured on your account. You can hold a balance on either and route by whichever fits your send.
Do I need a contract or minimum spend?+
No. Billing runs on a prepaid wallet — top up, then send. There are no contracts or monthly minimums to maintain.
